About Me

I am a coach with a passion for helping those who are serious about training and nutrition and are fully committed to achieving their goals.

My ideal clients are those who want to take their physique to the next level, whether that’s adding some lean muscle mass whilst getting stronger, or achieving that lean physique that they have always dreamt off but never quite reached.

The coaching process is a journey of learning, self-development and constantly striving for more in order to achieve results that a client might have felt were not possible at the start.

I’m very proud of the level of support I provide as a coach. Being there for my clients, every step of the way as we embark on their journey together. Whether it is a call to check in and talk through your week, being readily available via email or working around your lifestyle to keep progressing; I’m committed to doing everything I can to help you succeed.

I am fortunate to have so far enjoyed a varied background in sport and fitness, both academically and physically… I studied my degree in Sports Performance (BSc) at Bath University, qualified as a Personal Trainer and work both for a corporate gym and my own private business, and am now part of the 2017 MAC Nutrition Universal course.

And where my personal goals are concerned I have played semi-pro Rugby, completed the UK’s toughest marathon, and achieved show condition for both fitness photo shoots and competing in Men’s Physique in 2016.

I am a strong believer in committing to a goal 100%, I understand what it takes to get the job done and smash your goals – a philosophy I share with all of my clients.

Having worked in the fitness industry for many years now, I am increasingly aware of the abundance of often confusing information out there – it’s easy to feel as though you don’t know which way to turn. Luckily, you’ve found TEAM BOX!

I ensure my coaching philosophy is science and evidence based, incorporating the latest research into training and nutrition whilst also drawing on strategies that have worked both for myself and clients past and present.

I have been lucky enough to have worked with a fantastic range of clients and I can testify that when they work with me, they begin to truly understand where they might have gone wrong in the past, that you can’t “buy” hard work or consistency and that together, we can achieve truly awe-inspiring results.
