Online coaching is an affordable way to get the help and guidance you need to transform your body. We provide the flexibility you need to fit your food and training around your lifestyle and other commitments. From just £31 a week you can get your own personal nutritionist to educate you and transform the way you look at food, as well as the way your body looks in the mirror.
What is online coaching?

You’re no longer stuck with a small selection of trainers you can find locally.
Working online with our coaches enables you to have a professional eye cast over your nutrition, training and lifestyle. These key factors are all intertwined and need consideration for long term success.
Just having one or two training sessions a week, with no consideration for nutritional guidance, or your everyday activities, will likely not see you achieve long-term success. That’s why we take an in-depth look at all these factors.
What happens next?
The initial consultation allows us to gather all the information we need to accurately assess your starting position. Once we have discussed your needs and worked out the best coach and plan for you, we start with setting up your plan.
After signing up you’ll go through a 7-day food assessment, along with filling out our questionnaire. If you have signed up for a training plan, you will also have your training assessment form to fill out.
It’s vital we establish your food and training preferences so that we can effectively set up a plan that works around your lifestyle and time-constraints, making it easier for you to adhere to.
Ongoing guidance & support
As you go through your plan, there will be things that need adapting and refining. Over time, your life may change, your commitments may change & your body will change. As such your nutrition and training will likely need to be adapted.
– We have update calls every other week to re-assess your programme & make tweaks to ensure you keep seeing results.
– In between those calls we have written or video updates to answer any questions that you have after the update calls.
– You also have the ability to email your coach whenever you need to, for small things that crop up.
– We also have weekly educational webinars, in our exclusive Facebook group, which we call “Quiz The Coach”. This is your chance to get access to the entire coaching team, ask any general questions you have about nutrition or training or even just to get to know us a bit better.
Answers to some of our most asked questions.
I see you compete in bodybuilding/bikini. Do I need to be a bodybuilder to apply?
No. We work with a variety of people with all goals. You don’t need to be at a specific level of body fat or have a particular body composition to start working with us. We’ll help create a plan that’s right for you whatever stage of your journey.
I’ve never used a gym before, can I still work with you?
Yes, but we would strongly advise you take up a nutrition only or group coaching package. In order for an online training plan to work, you need to have a certain level of understanding within the gym & wouldn’t get the most out of the service.
I’ve never tracked calories or macros before. Can you still help me?
Yes, we’ll show you how to track everything & get a better understanding of calories & macronutrients. Our aim is to provide you with skills & knowledge that you can use for life. This isn’t just “another diet plan” where the weight goes back on once you stop it.
Will I get a meal plan?
No. However, your coach will provide you with meal examples. If you prefer following a meal plan, your coach can teach you how to write your own based on your lifestyle & preferences.
I’m a vegetarian/vegan can I still work with you?
Yes, we work with any dietary requirements, allergies & intolerances.
I train at home. Can I still do this?
I have an injury/illness can I still work with you?
Before working with you, we will go through a full questionnaire to make sure that we are working within our scope of practice & you can get the most from the programme.
How long does it take to see results?
Fat loss happens quicker than muscle growth but the speed of your results will vary depending on your level of commitment, adherence, time constraints & your starting position in relation to your goal.
How much does it cost?

I already have a personal trainer. Can I work with you as well?
Yes, in fact some of our clients are Personal Trainers.
What happens when I apply?
If applying for one to one coaching, you’ll receive a text or email from one of our coaches. They will arrange a free of charge call with you to discuss coaching and answer any questions you have. Please leave a current, correct phone number and email address.
I have a busy job and work away a lot, will I have enough time?
Yes. Our role as Personal Nutritionists is to create a plan that fits around you & your lifestyle. All you need is an internet connection.
What kind of clients have you worked with?
We have worked with a variety of different individuals with different backgrounds from office workers to teachers, busy mums, personal trainers, professional athletes, bodybuilders & celebrities.
How do you take payments?
Payments are charged monthly through a secure payment system called GoCardless or PayPal for international clients. At no point will we ask you to provide us with any of your personal account details.
Are there terms and conditions?
Yes, we want to ensure both you & the coach are well protected. These will be provided as part of the application process. There are no contracts, just a simple joining fee and monthly subscription fee.
How often do I get to speak to you?
Every single week.
Will I have to take loads of supplements?
No. We will recommend supplements based on your goals & lifestyle but our aim is to stop you wasting money on supplements you don’t need.
